Visioning Summit April 8-11, 2013

The Knox County Visioning Group needs your help!

The Knox County Visioning Group has worked diligently to bring the county together and collaborate on various ideas and programs. As things change and evolve, it is important to review where we are and where we are going to accurately plan for the future. It is imperative that we stay the course and work hard to provide a future for the younger generations. We not only want to survive, but we want to thrive! But, we can not do it without the help of the citizens who care so deeply about the success of the county.

On April 8-10, we will host a series of meetings around the county with designated groups of citizens in Knox County. At the end of the week, on April 11, we will come together in a Town Hall meeting and tell you what we heard during the week. We have set up convenient times throughout the week to meet with you. If you do not see a group that fits you, simply pick the time most convenient. We promise not to keep you long! But, we cherish your thoughts. We will take the things we hear, reconvene on Thursday in a town hall  meeting, and let you choose what projects are tackled in the future.

Click here for a copy of the schedule. Pass it around at your office, at your house, wherever you go, and help us draw a crowd. We know there are some talented folks in Knox County with great ideas. The KCVG wants to help make those ideas a reality.
