March 20 – Housing, Housing, Housing- It is the one recurrent theme in every conversation I’ve had here in Knox County. Learned a lot more about the actual market, availability, demand and supply of homes for rent or sale, building lots, and challenges to new construction in Knox County with Marla Hawkins. She was also a great source of info on the Knox City Chamber of Commerce, their programs and projects. Of course there is always a trade-off…mine was agreeing to speak at the Chamber Banquet.
